Meeting BREEAM requirements

The Healthshare Clinic in Winchester is an exciting new private healthcare facility for insured and self-pay patients, located on the outskirts of the city.

Project Description: This project required a complete HVAC solution to meet BREEAM requirements. BREEAM consists of a points-based system to promote sustainable development and to use project resources more efficiently.

Kooltech Involvement: The project was originally a Dakin specification which was brought to Kooltech to see if we could offer a better solution. The Kooltech team provided a full service from concept design to full commissioning of the equipment. The Project consisted of 6 VRF systems, 19 Lossnay units, 1 CAHV-P500, and splits for AHU interfacing. Kooltech were able to provide K-Con refrigerant leak detection and pumpdown package to meet BREEAM requirements.
